Our Sydney Metro Deliveries:
At Aus-Furniture we make it easy for our customers to have their furniture or mattresses delivered, unpacked and their old furniture or mattresses removed for recycling if required. (Note: Additional charges apply for unpacking, disposal and where arranged assembly of furniture and or bedding and mattress items.)
If we are removing an existing bedframe it must be disassembled prior to our arrival.
We service the entire Sydney Metropolitan with a fantastic delivery team.
We deliver major furniture or mattresses anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan 6 Days a week using either our trucks or a professional delivery and installation service.
We ship smaller items and less expensive items using Australia Post Couriers and Allied Express so delivery for those items if free is Monday to Friday Only. Weekends may be available at an additional charge.
Generally we deliver major furniture or mattresses which are in stock at the time of purchase within 3-5 days of your order subject to supply chain pressures.
Our warehouse team will call you as soon as they receive your order and arrange a time that is suitable for your delivery.
As an additional courtesy, you can request a phone call 30 minutes to 1 hour before your delivery arrives, in case you have to duck out of home or the office on your delivery day.
Do we deliver any furniture or mattresses outside of Sydney Metro and NSW?
We can deliver almost anywhere subject to prior arrangement with yourself and the relevant courier companies that service your suburb or town.
Please note that some areas are very difficult to get to and often expensive. We will certainly try and get as competitive quotes as possible for you though.

What is not included?
We will not do anything that requires tools and is out of the scope of what delivery people can do.We will never attempt to bring anything in over a veranda or any obstacle that is in breach of work place safety.
What do I do if I need specialised installations?
We have a very good team of specialised installers that can be called upon to arrange these extras as needed.

What happens if the item I ordered doesn't fit?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient access to deliver goods into the room where you would like them placed.
We will not be held responsible for items not fitting. Please ensure that you have measured doorway access and other access points before you buy.
